Guitar Course #200 (Intermediate)

Pre-requisuite: Able to play basic chords and rhythm

Objectives:
1. To play chords that sound outstanding from the original songs
2. To transpose to other keys to suit vocal range
3. To sopport the singers with and without the presence of other instruments

Understanding the basics-- scale

All human are born to be able to sing simple scale.
Everyone should associate with singing when learning in the early stage
Pick an open string, and play a simple scale. What do you observe?

Associate the note with the keyboard visually. Name the notes as you play.

HW: Find the notes that form a scale


Lesson #202
Interval and Chord

Chords are formed from the scale.
How are they selected?
Play any 2 notes from the scale. Check the sound with your ears.
Chords are formed when the interval produces good sound
